Someone who can inspire through their work, bring swagger to problem-solving, and understands that great design is equal parts craft, collaboration, and taste. You should push boundaries through thoughtful execution, balancing aesthetics with intent, and always striving to raise the bar. This role calls for a technically skilled creative with an eye for detail, a respect for process, and a natural ability to make ideas feel effortless. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop thoughtful, human-centered product solutions from concept to production.
Translate strategy and user insight into clear, functional, and visually refined design directions.
Create compelling sketches, CAD models, and renderings that communicate intent and inspire.
Iterate quickly through sketching, modeling, and prototyping to explore form and function.
Participate in critiques with a strong point of view and openness to feedback.
Contribute to visual storytelling, presentations, and CMF development that elevate project outcomes.
Maintain organized files and help foster a culture of collaboration, respect, and continuous growth.

Exceptional digital sketching ability (iPad, Wacom, or equivalent).
Proficient in Rhino (required) and KeyShot (minimum) for modeling and visualization.
Strong sense of form, proportion, and detail — aesthetics isn’t everything, but it has to look good.
Solid grasp of materials, manufacturing processes, and ergonomics.
Confident, resourceful problem-solver who balances creativity with practicality.
Receptive to feedback, collaborative, and able to inspire the studio through work.
Clear communicator with strong organization and time management skills.
Maintains professionalism, accountability, and respect for studio workflow and etiquette.

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design or a related field from an accredited program.
2–4 years of professional experience (excluding internships) in product design, consumer goods, or related industries.
Proven portfolio demonstrating sketching excellence, CAD competency, and refined sense of aesthetics.
Experience collaborating in a studio or consultancy environment is preferred.
