Chaser blurs the line between two favorite vices: booze and dessert. It’s ice cream with an edge—bold, spiked, and unapologetically indulgent. Each scoop is unexpected, crafted to challenge the way you think about dessert. In the front space of the shop, it’s quick fixes and to-go pints. In the back, it’s full pours and full service. This is ice cream with attitude. Not for lightweights, and definitely not for kids.
THE CHALLENGE
Chaser began with a rebellious idea: to fuse two seemingly opposite worlds: the fast, playful energy of an ice cream counter, with the slow, immersive experience of a luxury bar. The challenge was crafting a brand that could thrive in both spaces without losing its edge and intent. The result is a dual-space brand an store interior that pushes boundaries and dares dessert to do more.
